The Copy Columns Assistant add-in for Microsoft Excel can quickly and easily copy data from one worksheet to another based on column headings. Menu driven for ease of use. Extremely fast. It is compatible with Microsoft Excel 2010-2021 and Office 365.

Imagine you have two worksheets with many columns of data. You want to copy the information on one worksheet to the other. But the columns are in different orders between the two worksheets. You could manually copy the columns, often one at a time. This obviously is time consuming and likely to result in errors. With the Copy Columns Assistant, you just select your data, tell it where the column titles are in both worksheets, and then tell it where to load the data. In seconds the job is done.

Data that is not loaded is color coded for follow-up. You can also have the Copy Columns Assistant check the column titles between the worksheets before loading. This lets you edit the titles to insure matches.
